Slow Cooker or Oven Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredient

  1. 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
  2. 1 (32 oz.) bag tater tots 
  3. 1 (about 16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables (cooked)
  4. 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) of cream soup (mushroom or celery, take your pick)*

Instruction

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Put the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring and breaking up until the beef is no longer pink.
  3. Mix the browned ground beef with 1/2 bag of tater tots, cooked veggies, and soup.
  4. Spoon into a greased baking dish or buttered slow cooker insert.
  5. Layer the remaining tater tots on top.
  6. Cover the pan with foil and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for about 50 to 60 minutes; remove foil and continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Alternatively, layer (as above) in a greased slow cooker and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours—or about 3 hours on high.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
