Gather the ingredients.
In a cocktail shaker, add the pear, nutmeg, and simple syrup. Muddle well.
Add the vodka, Tuaca, and B&B, and top with ice.
Double strain by pouring the drink through your normal cocktail shaker as well as a fine-mesh strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a flamed orange zest.
