Lavender Sapphire Collins Spring Cocktail

Ingredient

  1. 1 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin
  2. 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  3. 1/2 ounce lavender syrup
  4. 3 ounces club soda
  5. 1 lemon wedge for garnish

Instruction

  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a collins glass, add lavender syrup and Bombay Sapphire.
  2. Stir and fill with ice.
  3. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
