Green Giant Cocktail With Prairie Organic Vodka

Ingredient

  1. 2 ounces Prairie Organic Vodka
  2. 4 sugar snap peas
  3. 1 sprig tarragon
  4. 1 ounce lemon juice
  5. 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  6. 3/4 ounce honey

Instruction

  1. Muddle 4 sugar snap peas, 10 to 12 tarragon leaves, and honey in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with two sugar snap peas.
  5. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  6. Shake well.
  7. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  8. Garnish with a lemon twist.
  9. Boil a pot of water seasoned with salt (to the strength of sea water).  
  10. Blanch the spring peas until sweet to taste.  
  11. Cool down immediately in a ice bath.  
  12. Puree in a food processor or blender and add regular water to loosen (to the consistency of a very loose fruit smoothie).  
  13. Strain through sieve.
