Frozen Fruit and Cereal Yogurt Bites

  1. 1 to 2 bananas (cut into 1/4-inch thick slices)
  2. 1 1/4 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  3. 1/3 cup cereal or granola
  4. 1/4 cup assorted fresh fruit (chopped)


  1. Depending on how big your muffin tin is, place 1 to 3 banana slices in the bottom of each cup. If you make these in a regular-sized muffin tin, you won’t fill the ingredients to the top.
  2. Top the bananas with a dollop of Greek yogurt. You can also use a freezer bag as a piping bag to carefully pipe in the yogurt for a more polished look. Next, add some cereal and fresh fruit.
  3. Freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
