Bread Machine Milk and Honey Bread

Ingredient

  1. 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
  2. 3 tablespoons honey
  3. 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  4. 3 cups bread flour
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  6. 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instruction

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Add ingredients (milk, honey, butter, flour, salt, and yeast) to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer.
  3. Choose the basic or white bread setting and the medium crust setting.
  4. Start the bread machine.
  5. Remove the hot loaf as soon as it is finished. If you leave it in the machine it can get soggy. Place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, slice the bread and serve or store it for future use.
  7. Remove the dough, divide into about 10 to 12 pieces, and shape the dough into rolls on a floured surface.
  8. Place the rolls in a pan and let them rise for about 45 minutes, or until doubled.
  9. Bake the rolls at 375 F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
